What prompted us to develop an AI policy?
What are our concerns?
While using AI is critical to our success going forward, the nature of how we deliver value and build trust with our clients’ needs to rapidly evolve. Our AI policy is evolving but seeks to address four core concerns:
How will proprietary and non-public data remain for the exclusive benefit of the data owners and used is a manner consistent with the owners’ directive?
As AI lowers our costs of business, how will we increase the value or lower costs for our clients?
How do we make sure our clients are informed of when, where and how AI is utilized in our deliverables?
Finally, how do we verify the quality and scope of predictive models and customer insights we generate using AI?
